Our vision is to create homes with personality; unique, multifunctional spaces with an emphasis on quality and luxury. We aim to build modern apartments that combine the traditional, rustic Mediterranean style and the minimalistic approach of the Danish school of design and architecture. Our modern designs give our homes both warmth and the individual flair of the world’s top designers.

Our team has many years of experience in the construction industry and using our in team artistic talent, our goal is to renovate traditional buildings in Barcelona and transform them into energy-efficient apartments with unprecedented design and quality.

Our philosophy is that the rooms of the apartments are all essentially interconnected and that the definition of our living spaces is being restructured. The kitchen is the place where you cook, eat, and converse; yet it is also a part of the living room and can be your office if you want. The living room is connected to the kitchen and the outdoor terrace is the natural extension of the living room, etc.

Our target customers are foreigners, primarily from Scandinavia, United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Germany, who plan to settle down in Barcelona and can afford the luxury that our buildings will provide.
