This large, high-ceilinged property in the Raval area of Barcelona had formerly been used to house homeless people and immigrants. It had then been closed down and left empty for several years as the owner did not want to renovate it. ML decided to renovate the property, transforming it into an open-plan art gallery and studio, with clean white walls and minimalist lines.
